I've found another way to combine my two crafts: I made faux jade buttons for my wool mittens I've made:


these are the buttons pre-baking:


They're cooling off. Since they're going to be on something that might get banged around I'm not sure if I want to polish them. They look like regular buttons as they are now.. and polishing them might take away from their 'realness'. I should have made a spare one to see how polishing it would look.

As usual, I have some pens in the works. And I finally made up heart-shaped earrings to match the heart pendant I already made a piece for. All those pieces are cooling(with the pens) from their glazing session.
